Quality Control
The method of dehydrating frozen foods under a vacuum is freeze drying, so that the moisture content transitions immediately from a solid to a gaseous phase without sublimation needing to undergo the intermediate liquid state.
Quality Policy
We have an overarching respect and an operational culture at PETSEK, which attaches utmost importance to the production of clean, balanced and nutritious foods. Our GMP and HACCP certification, directs our quality management mechanism through the supply chain of production in everything we do, top-to-bottom, and end-to-end.
Ingredient supply requirements are developed by our Nutritionists and R&D Departments and are enforced under quality management scrutiny by the Procurement Department.
#1
INGREDIENT PROCUREMENT

INGREDIENT PROCESSING, MIXING AND BLENDING
Special food safety kill stage, make treats
More stable than ever before.
#4
FREEZE-DRYING
Prior to each production run, PETSEK's packaging systems are measured and tested for weight consistency, and bags are routinely sampled for weight control and seal checking.
#5
PACKAGING
Special food safety destroys process, produces treats. Sampling Protocol-PETSEK Quality Management personally constantly samples products and performs testing during the manufacturing process to ensure that all products match or exceed requirements.
#6
PRODUCT TRACEABILITY
Unique Coding System
Each bag is uniquely stamped with a "Best Before" date, as well as a coding scheme that allows the precise processing period to the minute to be defined, allowing for auditability and traceability to specific ingredients in a single bag of product right through the system. We routinely get impartial reports by third parties that affirm the robustness of our credibility in the system.
Comprehensive Archives
Finally, a sample preservation library is established at PETSEK as part of PETSEK's Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and records each production and contains composite samples that are maintained throughout the shelf life (two years) of the items.
